Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring Solution (AFL-CMS)

AFLCMS by Udangami® Technologie is an Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (AFLCMS) allows the user to effectively control the various airfield lighting systems including runway, approach, taxiway, stop bars, apron etc. Software mimic panel that showcase everything clearly and allow control of field systems at fingertips.

Simple to use, the AFLCMS system meets a wide range of airfield needs and is ideal for small to medium airfields. The lights can be switched off and on individually or in groups. The reliable system is designed to be scaled as growing airports needs evolve.

AFLCMS can be easily adapted to interface to any type of airfield lighting equipment including a combination of equipment from different manufacturers. The control of several different airfield lighting systems can be integrated into a single homogeneous control panel.

Apron Monitoring System (AMS)

The apron can be the most dangerous place at an airport where unusual types of specialized equipment and people with different priorities gather to perform their work, often under significant pressure from time and space constraints. A well-managed apron ensure the safety and efficiency. Flood lighting plays a critical role in ensuring safety and efficiency. Proper illuminance is essential for mitigating risks and facilitating smooth operations on the apron, especially during low-light conditions or adverse weather.

At Udangami® Technologie, we recognize the significance of flood lighting in apron safety. That's why we've developed a state-of-the-art flood light control and monitoring system designed to meet the most demanding operational requirements. AMS interfaced with Luxbot for enhanced optional efficiency.

Precision Wrench

Udangami® Technologie Precision Wrench – the innovative solution that leverages GPS technology to streamline maintenance operations. Udangami® Technologie Precision Wrench utilizes GPS technology to pinpoint the exact location of the fixture being serviced. When multiple fixtures are present in the area, Udangami® Technologie Precision Wrench intelligently identifies and presents them for selection, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in maintenance tasks.

With its compact size and user-friendly interface, Udangami® Technologie Precision Wrench is incredibly simple to use, making it ideal for daily operations. Udangami® Technologie Precision Wrench comes equipped with internal storage, allowing you to access previous Torque records instantly. This handy feature enables quick reference and facilitates prompt corrective action.

By combining Udangami® Technologie Precision Wrench with the Udangami® Technologie Maintenance Tab, users gain valuable insights into the deterioration of holding torque over time. Through trend analysis and data visualization, maintenance teams can proactively address issues before they escalate, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.

LuxBot

Luxbot is the cutting-edge robotic illuminance measuring product that redefines the way stand lighting is tested. Designed for simplicity and efficiency, Luxbot provides instant results, enabling prompt corrective actions and eliminating the drawbacks of manual approaches .

Gone are the days of time-consuming and error-prone manual testing. Luxbot streamlines the process by taking a series of measurements in a grid pattern, covering the entire area under test with precision and speed.

Luxbot simplifies the configuration of the testing area or stand, making it effortless to set up and operate. With intuitive controls and user-friendly interface, users can navigate through the testing process seamlessly, ensuring accurate and reliable measurements every time.

Luxbot utilizes advanced sensors located at strategic positions for precise measurements. All measurements taken by Luxbot are recorded and marked with their GPS location. The horizontal illuminance is measured by the sensor at the base of the unit, while the vertical illuminance is measured by the sensor at the top of the unit, mounted at a height of 1.5 meters. This adjustable height ensures accurate readings and allows for the calculation of uniformity ratios.
